Thrive Christian Press is excited to be expanding into the realm of photography! Our founder and senior writer, David “Scott” Fields II, brings 17 years of experience as a yearbook and photography teacher to the table in this new endeavor. Mr. Fields has a passion for capturing meaningful moments through simple, natural photography.

We are excited to offer a limited number of FREE 1-hour on location portrait sessions in Jupiter, Florida as we build our portfolio. We will be focusing primarily on high school senior photos to start. This service is intended for those families who are looking for something simple and budget friendly. Our photos will meet or exceed the standard for senior yearbook photos. Additional types of photoshoots (family photos, etc.) will be considered upon request. Simple Senior Shots

Please review the details below to see if our Simple Senior Shots would be a good option for your family:

Free 1-hour Sessions: Families will receive all high-quality images from their 1-hour session at no cost. No more than one image is guaranteed, but as many as the session will permit will be taken. Images will be provided for free in digital form only, but prints can be purchased as desired.

Location: All sessions must take place within 20 miles of Jupiter, Florida. We highly recommend Juno Beach Pier, Carlin Park, Riverbend Park, Jonathan Dickinson State Park, Jupiter Community Park, and the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse as excellent options for photography. We can also visit your senior’s sports field or high school. Any entry fees or special permissions required to access your preferred location are the responsibility of the parent to obtain.

Scheduling: During the school year, sessions are available after 5:00 PM on weekdays. Summer and Saturday sessions will have more flexible scheduling. In honor of the Lord’s Day, no sessions will be available on Sundays.

Session Details: Each session will last one hour. Seniors are welcome to bring multiple outfits and explore multiple nearby locations within that time. Please be on-time or early to your session. Late time counts toward your one hour session. If you desire more than one hour, the charge per session is $50 per hour up to two extra hours beyond the first free hour (Subject to photographer availability).

No Formal Photos: Simple Senior Shots are intended for on-location casual senior photos only. If your school requires more formal senior photos (i.e. tux or drape), we are happy to provide referrals for this service.

Parent Attendance: A parent or guardian must attend if the senior is under 18 years old. It is recommended that parents attend all sessions regardless of the senior’s age to assist with the photoshoot.

Portfolio Use: Families must agree to allow Thrive Christian Press to use selected images in future portfolios and marketing materials. We do not guarantee usage, but as we grow, we will be building a portfolio to share with future customers.

Yearbook Submission: We are happy to submit your senior’s photos directly to their school’s yearbook advisor. The parent is responsible for providing the required contact information for the yearbook advisor.

As we break into the realm of senior photography, Thrive Christian Press will be starting with simple but proven camera equipment. We currently have a Sony 6000a, a Panasonic LUMIX FZ300, and a Canon Rebel T5i, all of which can be utilized in your shoot. Mr. Fields’ extensive experience will ensure that each senior’s session will be relaxed, personalized, and full of outstanding photography. Whether choosing the beach, a sports field, or a local downtown scene, sessions are designed to reflect each senior’s unique story.

If you are not satisfied with the photo results of your FREE session, we are happy to provide referrals to additional local photographers for more extensive paid services.
