I had two doctors appointments today (routine physical stuff…nothing to worry about). In the first, the lobby was like a jail, “Take a seat! Pull that mask up! Don’t move until you’re called!” In the second, the receptionists were cracking jokes, sassing each other, and one even offered to buy me some M&M’s. I definitely think humor should be a requirement in a doctor’s office. This sure brightened my day after the first appointment. And after all, doesn’t the scripture say, “A joyful heart is good medicine…”
