Christ will return one day in the flesh, and we will see Him with our own eyes. That is a promise! However, until then, let your attitude toward Him and your relationship with Him be so strong that when He does finally come and says to you, “I am here now.” You shall say to Him, “Lord, when were you ever gone?”
It is natural for a true believer to want to be with Christ physically and to see Him with our own eyes. Nothing will compare with that I am sure. Nevertheless, don’t forget that His last words on this earth were, “…I am with you always, even to the end of the age” (Matthew 28:20 BSB).
We may not be able to see Him. But He is still with us at this very moment. Live in that reality until He comes.
